2.Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must sign in using Google authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google account, including your name, email address, and profile picture.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3.Demo Accounts

Demo accounts provide temporary access to the Service for a period of 20 minutes.

Content created during a demo session is saved and remains accessible in read-only mode after the demo expires.

To continue editing content after the demo period, you must upgrade to a paid subscription.

Each user is entitled to one demo session per Google account.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Harass, abuse, or harm another person
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5.Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the Content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

6.AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
You assume full responsibility for any use of AI-generated content

7.Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Subscription Plans

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

7.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

7.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVOLOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evolog and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11.Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
